The hotel quality pillows have shot up the bestseller list at the online retail giant this week, with more than 8,000 bought in the last month alone and they’re now just £4.25
As the summer heatwave turns bedrooms into saunas, Brits are on the hunt for ways to ensure a cooler night’s sleep, and it seems many have found solace in a budget-friendly pillow from Amazon. The Adam Home Hotel Quality Pillows have become a top pick, soaring to the top of Amazon’s bestseller list this week, with a staggering 8,000 units flying off the virtual shelves in just the past month.
At the bargain price of £16.99 for a four-pack, that’s a mere £4.25 each, these pillows promise “optimal support” for your head, shoulder, and neck thanks to their “ultra plush” filling, as per the brand’s claims. Described by some as akin to “sleeping on a cloud”, these resilient pillows are designed to spring back into shape after every snooze, ensuring longevity and consistent comfort.

Not only do they offer a dreamy rest, but they also undercut high street favourites like Marks and Spencer’s Simply Soft Medium Pillows, which cost £12 for two, and Argos’s highly praised Habitat Supersoft Washable Medium Pillows at £10 for a pair.
With over 2,500 reviews on Amazon, the Adam Hotel Quality Pillows have garnered an impressive average score of 4.4 out of five stars, with customers lauding their quality. The brand touts that the pillows’ breathable nature keeps sleepers cool during balmy nights, while the fluffy innards are touted to ease neck pain and reduce stiffness in the shoulders.
One person who snapped up the pillows raved: “I’ve been using this for around seven months now, and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s still in excellent condition – no major signs of wear, functionality is just as good as day one, and it’s consistently delivered on every front. Considering the price, it offers remarkable performance and longevity. Definitely exceeded my expectations.”
Another delighted customer enthused: “They are perfection in my opinion! Thick, soft but firm at the same time, quality of the material is decent, they are so comfortable and for the price you can’t beat them! They feel like laying your head down on a cloud and bounce right back to normal, very satisfied.”
Whilst a third buyer shared: “Great pillows! Bounce back beautifully. Lovely and plump without being too hard. Had zero neck pain with them and they’re lovely and squishy when you just need a hug!”
Meanwhile, someone else proclaimed: “The best pillows I’ve ever bought! I’ve been using them for months now and they are still full and supportive. I highly recommend these, but be warned – they are VERY full; if you have got used to old, flat pillows, these will be a shock to your posture!”
Yet whilst 85% of punters awarded the pillows either a four or five-star rating, not all customers were bowled over by the Adam Hotel Quality Pillows.
One disgruntled shopper moaned: “Looks good and felt great but not had long and they’re already as flat as my last lot.”
One disgruntled customer lamented: “Had these a couple months now and they are already out of shape. Having to use two inside one pillow case. For the price cant really grumble though.”
In contrast, another buyer expressed disappointment, saying: “Too hard for my liking sadly. Silentnight were much bouncier.”
