Shoppers can stock up on the ‘elegant and refreshingly vibrant’ drink
People who shop at Aldi can take advantage of a ‘cheap’ prosecco deal with no limit on the number of bottles they are allowed to take to the checkout. Shoppers can stock up on a “refreshingly vibrant” drink that could be an ideal Mother’s Day gift.
Fresh from being crowned as the UK’s cheapest supermarket for February by consumer champion Which?, Aldi bosses are slashing the cost of popular tipples ahead of Mother’s Day this weekend (Sunday, March 15). A pink prosecco deal will be available in UK stores from tomorrow, March 12, 2026.
With prices dropping from tomorrow (Thursday), shoppers can enjoy Aldi’s popular Prosecco Rosé for £4.99, down from £6.49. The 750ml bottle boasts an “elegant and refreshingly vibrant” flavour with “delicate floral aromas, subtle red berry notes and a crisp, bright finish”.
An Aldi spokesperson confirmed to the Mirror that there would be no limit on the number of bottles shoppers could buy in stores once the offer goes live across the UK. The deal will run from March 12 to 16, or while stocks last.

Aldi shoppers coming into stores for this offer on March 12 will also notice another major change in the middle aisle as the latest SpecialBuy rotation begins. From Thursday, Aldi will be selling a variety of items, including flowers from £1.99 and gardening deals – such as lawnmowers, compost and planting tools from £1.99 also.
The middle aisle will also feature clothing, grass seed, and a greenhouse starter set, priced from £3.99. In a rare break from SpecialBuy tradition, Aldi is also going to be adding more fresh flowers from £12.99 to the middle aisle in a Friday update, on March 13, allowing shoppers to keep these blooms looking their best for Mother’s Day at the weekend.
Finally, on Mother’s Day itself, the store will add a few extra items to the middle aisle, focusing on toys and activities. Aldi will be selling dartboards, footballs, books, scooters and stationery from £1.99 – the full collection can be viewed here.
