Good morning. How are you? And welcome to Afya Day. This is our sixth edition since our IPO. This is a very special edition, and we are very excited. I think it’s going to be really cool that you’re going to learn more about the moment we’re going through. Let’s start.
So the theme of today’s Afya Day is strengthening the core and expanding opportunities. The idea this is the first Afya Day since our possible merger with Yduqs. And our agenda is really cool. Our first panel will be with Virgilio. We’re going to talk a little bit about Afya’s thesis. And more than that, we’re going to talk about the possible merger, and how we are thinking about the integration. The second talk will be with Blanco and how we’re going to generate value to our shareholders, and how we can return our — the value to our shareholders. And finally, Lelio will close with our digital services and the Continuing Education for doctors.
