Good morning, and thank you for joining the Adecco Group’s conference call today. I’m Diego Chantrain, the Group’s Head of Investor Relations and Portfolio Strategy. With me are the Adecco Group CEO, Denis Machuel; and CFO, Valentina Ficaio. Before we begin, please take note of the disclaimer on Slide 2. Thank you, Diego, and it’s great to have you with us for your first quarterly results in your new role. And of course, a warm welcome to all of you who’ve joined the call today. Let me begin with Slide 3, which provides an overview of the quarter. Organic revenue growth remains
