Good afternoon, and welcome to the Q2 investor presentation for Ensurge Micropower. My name is Shauna McIntyre. I’m the CEO of Ensurge, and this entire year has been about the year of commercialization. What I’m going to walk you through is showing you exactly where that stands, what changed in Q2 and what we’re watching out for in the second half.
But before I get into it, I’m joined here by Bryce Dille, our new CFO. So I thought I would introduce him and let him introduce him to you. Bryce, over to you.

Thank you, Shauna, and good afternoon, everyone. It is a privilege to step into the CFO position at such an important time in the company’s evolution. While I’m still early on in the process, my immediate priorities are clear. It will be important to maintain strict financial discipline, to continue optimizing our cost structure and to retain the financial flexibility required to capture our core market opportunities across next-generation high-performance devices.
The team has built an incredibly strong technology foundation. And with key operational pieces now in place, I’m excited to help lead Ensurge through its next phase of growth. Our focus will be on disciplined capital allocation, both technical and commercial execution and ensuring that we have a strong foundation to scale the business and drive long-term shareholder value. I’m very happy to be with Ensurge and with the team.
