All emergency services have rushed to a major motorway this evening due to a ‘serious’ crash.
All lanes are blocked on the M1 northbound between J16 Northampton and J18 Crick because of the collision.
The incident took place just after 10.30pm according to National Highways.
Due to the nature of the incident the road is likely to remain closed all night.
