Amazon’s deal on the Medicube Zero Pore Pads beats Boots, where they are currently on sale for £16.11 as part of the high street retailer’s K Beauty sale. For a more budget-friendly option, Boots offers its own brand of Exfoliating AHA/BHA Pore Pads for £8, which are recommended for use of an evening two to three times a week to help remove oils and dead skin cells.
The No7 Good Intent Pore Buff Clarifying Acid Pads are another alternative for £14.95. Infused with salicylic, glycolic and lactic acid, these pads are described as delivering that sought-after ‘glass skin’ look by gently buffing away impurities to reveal skin that looks “clean, refreshed and revitalised”, the brand claims.

Rave reviews have described this massively popular beauty buy as “phenomenal” and “like a facelift in a pad”, with some even saying they were told they “looked younger” by friends after using them.
One reviewer said their nose “hasn’t looked this clear in years” after trying them, writing: “I’ve always had stubborn little blackheads around it that never seemed to budge. I tried nose strips in the past but they made very little difference. A small number of reviewers were also not a fan of how the pads made their face feel, with one person remarking: “Looks like it does the job but it leaves my skin really sticky for some reason, which I don’t like, so I have to wash my face afterwards.”
And a different shopper advised: “They are very easy to overuse. If applied all over the face too frequently, they can become quite drying and start to compromise the skin barrier, especially for younger or more sensitive skin types.”
