Aldi has announced it is launching a brand new cleaning gadget in its latest line-up of SpecialBuys
Aldi customers will soon be able to get their hands on a new gadget that uses ultrasonic waves to “blast away dirt”. Aldi is a popular supermarket for millions of shoppers across the country, offering a wide variety of groceries under one roof at affordable prices.
It is well known for its ‘SpecialBuy’ deals in the ‘Middle Aisle’, which is regularly updated with new products. The next batch of items is set to land in stores on Sunday, July 19.
The upcoming collection includes several new cleaning products, which Aldi says are designed to help shoppers get their homes sparkling from top to bottom. It says: “This range has everything cleaning fanatics need to get the job done without breaking the bank.
“But shoppers will need to be quick – as with all Specialbuys, once they’re gone, they’re gone!” On Sunday, Aldi is launching an Ultrasonic Cleaner for £14.99.
Aldi says the “clever” little gadget uses high-frequency ultrasonic waves to “blast away dirt, grime, and grease” from jewellery, watches, glasses, and even retainers. The supermarket adds: “Bringing back that brand-new sparkle with zero harsh chemicals or effort.”
Explaining how it works, Aldi said: “Shoppers can give their treasured trinkets a new lease of life with the Ultrasonic Cleaner (£14.99). This clever gadget harnesses the power of high-frequency ultrasonic waves to create microscopic bubbles in the water, which gently dislodge dirt, grime and residue from even the most intricate, hard-to-reach corners of treasured items
“Perfect for bringing the sparkle back to jewellery, watches and glasses, it delivers a professional-level clean with zero harsh chemicals and zero elbow grease. What’s more, shoppers can save up to a whopping 82% compared with similar cleaners from B&Q!”
The £14.99 cleaner is similar to B&Q’s £83.99 Nedis Digital Ultrasonic Jewellery Cleaner, meaning customers could opt for a more affordable alternative that costs £69 less. The £84 digital ultrasonic cleaner provides 43kHz sonic vibration, comes with a 1800ml tank capacity, three cleaning modes, and an LED display with a timer.
B&Q’s product description reads: “A powerful and versatile cleaning solution, the Nedis Ultrasonic Jewellery Cleaner helps restore shine and cleanliness to your valuables. Designed for simplicity, the cleaner is plug-and-play and easy to use at home or in professional environments.”
This Ultrasonic Cleaner is launching alongside other budget-friendly cleaning products. These include a Handheld Steam Cleaner, a Portable Vacuum Cleaner and the return of the “shopper-favourite” Bagless Vacuum Cleaner.
