And no one nails the brief better than Chanel, with one of its latest accessories proving to be the must-have jewellery for summer.
Chanel’s Coco Crush Single Mini Hoop Earring has already sold out on its website – despite the £1,480 price tag being for just one individual earring, meaning you’ll need to spend almost £3000 for a pair. However, for bargain hunters we’ve found a great lookalike thanks to Abbott Lyon’s Quilted Hoop Earrings.

Unlike Chanel’s £3k pair, the Abbott Lyon ones cost just £49 for a pair which means you’ll be able to save a substantial amount whilst still getting that quiet luxury look. The earrings are plated in 18k gold, or made from silver-plated sterling steel depending on which colourway you get, and feature a standard post and scroll back for pierced ears.
They embody the elegant look of the Chanel pair with a quilted design which adds some subtle texture and interest without becoming a statement piece. The Quilted Hoop Earrings also measure 19mm x 5mm which makes them just the right size for either wearing on their own or stacking with other earrings for a layered look.
You can also pick up the matching Quilted Ring for £39 if you want a polished, cohesive look. The earrings currently only have one review, but it’s a five star one saying: “Beautiful earrings a gift for mum at Christmas, very well made and stunning when worn.”
