A 21-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man was shot with a crossbow at the University of Surrey.
The victim was attacked at Manor Park Student Village, Guildford, at around 10am this morning, police said. He is currently in hospital and is in a “serious condition”.
