A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: “Officers from Cheshire Police, with support from colleagues from neighbouring forces, are currently conducting a warrant at three addresses in Crewe following allegations of serious sexual abuse, modern slavery, and forced marriage which are reported to have occurred at a religious group in Crewe. Further details will be provided when available.”
