Anoosh Chaichy was left with life-changing injuries when he and an influencer were allegedly mowed down outside a London nightclub by an X Factor finalist – now he has spoken out for the first time
The security guard who was mown down outside a Mayfair nightclub in a crash that left BBL influencer Klaudia Glam fighting for her life has spoken for the first time from his hospital bed.
Social media personality Klaudia Glam – whose real name is Klaudia Zakrzewska – was injured along with two other pedestrians after being hit by a car in Soho during the early hours of Sunday morning. Emergency services were called to Argyll Street at around 4.30am following reports that ‘a car had been involved in a collision with pedestrians’.
Former X Factor contestant Gabrielle Carrington, 29, known online as RIELLEUK, has since been charged and appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday. Carrington, of Manchester, has been charged with attempted murder, causing grievous bodily harm with intent, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, dangerous driving and drink driving. She did not enter any pleas during Tuesday’s court hearing.

Polish-born Klaudia, who boasts more than 258,000 followers on Instagram, had been at the Inca nightclub with friends on the night of the crash. She remains in hospital in a critical condition.
A security guard who was stood next to Klaudia has been left with “life-changing injuries” after being hit by the same car. Speaking from a hospital ward, where he is recovering from his ordeal, the security guard told friends: “I am still in a lot of pain.”
Anoosh Chaichy, 56, works for Citidel Securities and has been on the doors at Inca London for about a year. At the time of the incident he was trying to unlock his e-scooter from a pole to go home as his shift had finished.
He underwent surgery this week to have a skin graft applied at St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington. Miraculously he suffered no broken bones but will likely need six months off work to recover.
A friend who visited him told the Daily Mail: “He’s wasn’t in a good way when I saw him a few days ago. He’d just had surgery and had had a skin graft applied to an injury on his leg where his skin was torn and flesh and muscle exposed. I’ve seen rumours online that he’s lost a leg. That isn’t true, the injury was not a minor one by any means but it could’ve been much worse.
“He hasn’t any broken bones but he’s going to be in hospital for a few days yet while the doctors check up on him. He’s on a lot of medication. When I visited him, the first thing I asked was how he was and he said: “I’m getting better but I’m still in a lot of pain.”
“He said he remembers very little about the incident, he had his back turned at the time and was hit by the car. The impact of that left him in severe shock afterwards and he was drifting in and out of consciousness.
His friend added: “He’s a great guy with a lot of friends but he has no family in the UK. They’re mostly in Iran and because of the situation over there and limited internet use, the police initially struggled to let his relatives know what happened.”
Detective Chief Inspector Alison Foxwell, of Specialist Crime South, said: “As our enquiries continue, our thoughts are with those injured and their loved ones. While this incident took place in the early hours of the morning, venues in the area were still open, and we believe a number of people will have seen what happened. I would urge anyone who witnessed the collision, or any activity prior to it that they feel may be of relevance, to come forward.”
The investigation continues and those with relevant information can upload it to the major incident portal here, or contact police on 101, providing the reference 3374/19APR. Information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
