There are plenty of options around the internet, though. For a slightly more budget-friendly device, Argos has the Juice Portable Power Bank in Black for £19.99. Compatible with a range of devices – iPhones, Samsung, HUAWEI, Google, LG and many more – this power bank also features three USB outputs and is said to be faster than standard charging.
Alternatively, Currys has the Belkin BoostCharge Portable Power Bank for £41.99, down from £59.99 in an Easter deal. Compatible with smartphones and tablets, it can charge up to four devices at once and provides up to 115 hours of additional battery life, reports the Daily Record.
The INIU Power Bank, which has been purchased over 1,000 times in the past month, boasts an impressive 4.6 out of five-star rating from over 30,000 reviews. In the website’s reviews section, one delighted customer wrote: “This INIU power bank is fantastic! It charges my phone incredibly fast, and the 20,000mAh capacity lasts for days. I love that the USB-C port works for both input and output-super convenient.
“Solid build, great value, and extremely reliable. Great for travel. Bought this for a long trip, and it didn’t disappoint. I charged my phone multiple times and still had power left. The fast charging works exactly as advertised. Not too heavy for the capacity and easy to carry around. Charges everything quickly. Really impressed with the 22.5W fast charging.
“My iPhone and tablet both charge much faster than with my older power bank. The display is clear, and the build quality feels premium. Definitely worth the price. Reliable and powerful. I keep this in my bag every day. It’s dependable, holds a ton of power, and recharges itself pretty quickly with USB-C. Perfect for work, travel, or emergencies. Would absolutely buy again.”
Another satisfied shopper added: “Good quality power bank which lasts long. You can easily fully charge 3-4 phones with this. It’s a decent size and comes with a carry case. Good value for money and can charge devices fast.”
One shopper, however, was unimpressed with the charge time of the INIU Power Bank itself, noting: “Good but takes ages to charge the power bank up.” Another remarked: “Much bigger and heavier than expected.”
Despite these gripes, one Amazon customer was still full of praise for the device: “Very impressed. It is a little heavy, but it’s lightweight compared to others with this capability. I’m quite happy to put this in my handbag, but returned others as they were too heavy.
“Similarly, this one lives up to its promise on charging capability. I’ve used it several times now, and I get around five full charges for a new iPhone 14. It does take a few hours to charge back up but I don’t think this is a problem given its other attributes.”
