The delivery service has options starting from £20 that ‘look
People in need of flowers in a rush could take advantage of a little-known B&M service that isn’t available in any of its UK stores. The online-only option for flower delivery has been praised by shoppers who claim the results would never be mistaken for those from the bargain shop.
Options start from £19.99 in the Mother’s Day section, with upgrades on offer to boost the size of bouquets. People can look at the full range of flowers on offer here.
One of the popular choices for Mother’s Day includes the Budding Cerise (from £19.99), which has “beautiful stargazer lilies accompanied with long-stemmed roses and pistacia”. Shoppers who don’t focus on the specific section could get flowers starting from £17.99 with the Glorious Alstro arrangement, which includes “vibrant” alstroemeria flowers that “gracefully unfurl into a kaleidoscope of colours”.
The virtual B&M store offers a selection of gifts, cards and plants as well. There are still delivery slots available for this weekend, saving anyone who has left their flower shopping to the last minute from a physical scramble around the shops.
People who order by 10pm will qualify for free delivery on Saturday (March 14). On Sundays, there is only one Tracked Delivery option available, which adds £5.95 to the final fee. This was the only option available for every Sunday – not just Mother’s Day (March 15).
Although they can’t leave reviews on specific bunches of flowers, shoppers who leave reviews all go to one website here. The glowing reviews really speak for themselves when it comes to ordering fresh flowers online.
One said: “Just can’t fault this service. I have three daughters-in-law and a daughter who live all over so, for birthdays, all I have to do is order and pay! The most beautiful flowers for an amazing price. I wish more people knew about this service.”
Another put: “Easy to order. Arrived on the day I requested and was a beautiful bouquet. Will definitely use again thank you.” A third shopper said: “The recipients have always said that the flowers are beautiful and when I tell them that they are B&M they are surprised as they would have never guessed!”
Someone else posted on the website: “After trawling through online sites for flowers, I always return to B&M. I have never been disappointed!”
In other B&M news, shoppers can snap up a £10 bundle that is “selling fast for Mother’s Day”. The Signature Selection Luxury Afternoon Tea Hamper, which may be an ideal choice for anyone with a mother who has a sweet tooth.
It could also be a great opportunity to spend quality time at home with loved ones, thanks to the DIY afternoon tea gift set. The £10 hamper includes tea bags, shortbread, ‘zesty’ lemon cake, double chocolate cake, and strawberry jam. It also comes with a small pack of Guylian Belgian Chocolate Seahorses.
