With Boots’ gift set range, there are fantastic savings to snag on house name brands. Shoppers need to order by 1pm on December 23 for next-day delivery, by 10pm on December 21 for standard delivery, or by 5pm on December 22 for click and collect to ensure they arrive in time for Christmas.

The brand recommends shoppers use the mascara to maximise the volume and length of lashes, the quickliner as a handy eyeliner with an included smudge tool, and the cleansing balm to unwind after a long day to dissolve makeup. The brand reminds buyers their products are both allergy tested and completely fragrance free.
As an alternative, shoppers could check out the Revolution Berry Bright Vegan Set from Superdrug, currently priced at £15, down from £65. There are 13 different products included, from tools and brushes to blushes and highlighters.
Shoppers could also look at Charlotte Tilbury’s Pillow Talk Icons On The Go Lip & Eye kit, currently priced at £47 but worth £73. It includes a matte lipstick, waterproof lip liner, eyeshadow, and mascara, all packaged in a limited-edition, adorably designed quilted heart tin.
Back to the line-up from Boots, shoppers of the Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau de Toilette for Women Duo Gift Set 50ml loved the set. One shopper said: “This perfume is one of the best perfumes I have bought. It is refreshing and has a unique smell which is to die for. I would recommend it to anyone, whether it is for yourself or to buy as a gift for someone else.”
Another shopper, who bought the Benefit Super Score Beauty Exclusive Star Gift, found it was great for pores. They said: “I love this product, I have always suffered with open pores on my T-zone. This smooths out the pores and leaves my skin smooth and seamless ready for my foundation. I’m 50 next week and it’s the only primer I can use. Please don’t discontinue this product. Another, who bought the Benefit Super Score Beauty Exclusive Star Gift, said as part of a longer review: “The price-product ratio isn’t amazing, hence my decision to give it four stars: although you only need a small amount, if you are using it regularly, you will go through a tube quite quickly, especially if you are using it as an alternative to foundation, not as an addition.” They added that the primer was great for pores and, all in all, the products do make a big difference.
