The powder is packed with vitamins, minerals, and healthy bacteria
Busy work schedules, travelling, or skipping breakfast can all have an impact on the food and drink we consume. Not digesting enough nutrients can impact energy levels and gut health.
Vitamins play a huge role in this, but it can be tricky to bundle them into each meal. This is where nutritional supplements like AG1 come in – a blend of more than 70 ingredients.
A simple way to incorporate nutrient-rich products into any daily routine is to add a scoop of the supplement powder to a glass of water. The combo of vitamins, antioxidants and gut-friendly bacteria is now on sale and comes with a bundle of products to pair with it.

It’s convenient, and as someone who’s tried AG1 before and a similar product, Rheal Superfood, I’ve felt the benefits it can have – I felt less tired in the afternoons and saw an improvement with my skin, both with spots and dry eczema. I found the easiest way to add it to my daily routine was with my first glass of water of the day.
The ingredients include B vitamins and phosphorus, to help contribute to energy, zinc for metabolism, vitamin A and biotin to help maintain normal skin and chromium, which helps contribute to normal blood glucose levels.
AG1 is a daily health drink with over 70 vitamins, minerals including gut-friendly bacteria, antioxidants. Adding it to daily routines is said to help energy levels, skin, the immune system and gut health.
AG1 offer two ways to buy its powder – the Pouch starting at £79, or its Travel Packs which start at £89 – both include 30-day servings. The Pouch is designed to scoop and drink at home, while the travel option comes with 30-individual sachets to drink on the go – and can also be bought from Amazon.
Those who pick the single subscription get a free welcome kit, which includes a shaker and 5 extra travel packs. The double subscription is designed for two people – so it contains six servings and two free shakers. However, subscription shoppers aren’t tied into a lengthy contract and can ‘cancel anytime’ (before each billing period).
If you don’t fancy a rolling payment then there is also the option to pay a one-off price for the product – it’s £97 for the 30-serving AG1 Pouch or £107 for the 30-serving travel packs.
Other AG1 drinkers have also shared the difference in their gut health since taking the supplement, and it’s become a well-known benefit of the product. “The benefits don’t stop at energy levels. I’ve noticed improvements in my digestion, thanks to the probiotics and digestive enzymes in AG1,” said one drinker of the product.
“My gut health has never been better, and it shows in how I feel every day. Additionally, my immune system feels stronger – I haven’t been sick since I started taking AG1, and I genuinely believe it’s because my body is getting the support it needs.”
Another shopper said: “Last year, I was dealing with insane gut issues and discovered AG1. My gut is working fantastically and my skin also improved massively. Have been taking it since June 2022 now, and I haven’t looked back since.”
The brand has a 4.1-star rating on Trustpilot, with many users rating the brand for its benefits and taste. Although, the taste wasn’t enjoyable by everyone as the majority of lower star ratings were from those who didn’t like the ‘overwhelming taste’. One said: “I do not like the taste at all, artificial banana but sweeter.”
Coming from someone who drank it every day for two months, I personally liked the taste and started to enjoy it. Unlike other products I’ve tried it has a hint of sweetness (from pineapple and vanilla).
I did find having it with ice and a squeeze of lemon made it more enjoyable when I first started drinking it, though. Plus it helps if you thoroughly shake it, or use a handheld whizzer to avoid lumps.
