Eagle eyed fans will have spotted Meghan Markle’s £600 Saint Lauren sandals in her With Love, Meghan series, and now Marks & Spencer had dropped its own £35 version
Before her new Netflix show even launched, Meghan Markle had already helped us identify exactly which sandals we’ll be wearing this spring and summer. In the trailer for With Love, Meghan, which she shared on Instagram, the Duchess of Sussex can be spotted wearing a pair of Saint Laurent’s Tribute Woven Leather Slides, which you can pick up for £595.
Eagle eyed fans will have spotted Meghan wearing them in a clip as she walks their family dog, pairing the tan sandals with a pair of blue jeans and a blush pink blouse. However, if the designer pair’s price tag is out of budget for you, then you’ll be eager to snap up Marks & Spencer’s newest launch instead.

The Flat Mules are much more affordably priced at £35, and have the same intricately woven design as Meghan’s designer pair. You can pick them up in ivory, pale blue or tan, with the tan option most closely resembling the Duchess’ pair.
Designed with comfort in mind, the M&S Flat Mules have an extra wide strap that helps prevent rubbing or digging in, with a simple flat sole and slip on design that makes them easy to wear. They’re currently available in all sizes from 3 to 8.
Shoppers have already been sharing their opinion on the Flat Mules, giving them a 4.8 out of 5 star rating. One said: “Very beautiful, excellent quality slides. I went a size smaller as slides tend to expand.”
Another added: “Lovely stylish sliders… great to wear as a casual sandal or to replace flip flops. Super comfy… although do come up a little small.”
Others also mentioned finding the sizing a little hit and miss, with some saying they sized up or down, whilst others found them to be a perfect fit in their usual size. One person said: “Really small fit. I am a size 5 so I ordered a 5 and a 6, both are too small, so you need to go up a couple of sizes.”
However another praised them: “Very stylish shoe. Lovely blue – harebell blue, I think. V comfy slide as it has a slightly flexible sole that also has a pattern so not completely smooth and slippery. Bought in brown as well as they look v expensive and stylish.”
Whilst someone else wrote: “These sliders are so comfortable and look very similar to some available at hundreds of pounds more expensive.”
Elsewhere H&M’s Tan Espadrille Sandals have a similar look at £19.99, and come in both tan and black colourways. Accessorize also has a similar version, with its Leather Cut-Out Sliders Tan priced at £32.
