As Ariana Grande gears up for an impressive 10 night stint of her Eternal Sunshine tour at London’s O2 arena in the coming weeks, the venue has announced a stricter than usual bag policy. Posting on X, the O2 said: “all your belongings must be in a 100% clear bag.”
The new rules also state: “Each fan may only have one clear bag. Bags must be 100% clear/transparent plastic, vinyl or PVC. Bags should be no larger than 30cm x 15cm x 30cm. Clear plastic freezer bags (zip-lock bags or similar) up to medium size allowed. This policy is mandatory for admittance to the show.”

- One bag per attendee
- Must be 100% clear/transparent plastic, vinyl or PVC
- No larger than 30cm x 15cm x 30cm
- Clear plastic freezer bags (zip-lock bags or similar) can be up to 30cm x 26cm
- No bags can be placed inside the clear bag (such as a makeup bag or similar)
- The bag must have no colour tints, prints, patterns or logos
- Only exceptions apply to “medical, accessibility, parent/child-care related bags or other essential bags” which will be subject to security inspections
