A good night’s sleep can sometimes feel like a rarity, but shoppers are raving about a £20 mist that’s helping them drift off with ease. The KLORIS Soothing Mist Aromatherapy Sleep Spray, from the award-winning British wellness brand trusted by luxury hotels and spas such as Bulgari and Six Senses, has become a quiet bedtime hero for thousands.

Usually £28 online, the sleep spray is now available for £20 with the code ‘SLEEPMIST8’. Described by users as ‘like floating on fluffy clouds’ and ‘pure relaxation in a bottle’, the mist blends natural essential oils to calm the senses and encourage deeper rest.

Each amber glass bottle of KLORIS Soothing Sleep Mist contains around 800 spritzes, which is enough for months of calm, restorative nights. The 100% natural formula combines premium essential oils of: lavender, an ancient herb and successful rest aid; patchouli, which has been historically used as a stress-relieving scent; ylang ylang, a deep and rich aroma to induce relaxation; rose geranium, which is herbaceous and lightly floral to ‘reduce feelings of worry’; and blood orange, which is said to ‘gently combat low energy’.

The scent is earthy, floral, and sweet, designed to quieten things down before bed. Made in Britain using sustainable, plant-based ingredients, it’s also worth noting that it’s safe to use around children and pets.

Other brands also have sleep mists, such as the NEOM Wellbeing Perfect Night’s Sleep Pillow Mist (30ml) for £20 down from £25 on LookFantastic’s site. The mist is a blend of ’12 essential oils to soothe the senses’ and has a blend of patchouli, chamomile and lavender.

Another option is the Cowshed Sleep Calming Pillow Mist 100ml for £18 from M&S. The spray is a ‘blend of melissa and lemon myrtle essential oils’ that can help relive tension and stress.

The KLORIS Soothing Mist Aromatherapy Sleep Spray has been rated a high 4.94 out of five stars on its website. One person said: “I knew I would like this before I ordered it. I was right. It’s delicious. It sends you into a deep sense of relaxation – like floating on fluffy clouds. Highly recommend and will order again. It’s lovely.”

A second wrote: “I absolutely love this product. The scent of it is amazing and very relaxing. It’s a real little treat at bedtime. My husband loves it and says he falls asleep instantly!”

Some people did admit that it wasn’t a cure for disrupted sleep, but they described it as life-changing. This person said: “This has changed my life. I have been suffering with insomnia for so long that I cannot remember the last (time) before I used this spray that I slept all night. This has really helped me.”

They continued: “I started small with a welcome pack and in just one week I saw and felt the difference and went and bought the product. This is not a cure, but it sure does help. Please try it, and they are so informative and helpful. Give yourself something for once, it can only help.”

Another left feedback about the scent, saying: “The subtle blend of aromas makes for a really beautiful, natural-smelling and long-lasting spray, which makes me relax and gives a really feel-good feeling. I am not a great fan of lavender, but it is not uppermost, and many people have commented on it – which is why I have sent off for several bottles to get ahead for Christmas!”

Most people were pleased, though, and said: “This smells amazing. My whole house smells like a spa. I use this at night alongside the essential oil and find I fall asleep much quicker.”
