Luxury brand Aspinal of London has launched its Black Friday sale, with discounts of up to 50% off across its entire collection. The upscale leatherware brand which has been approved by royalty, has slashed their prices ahead of the seasonal shopping event.
Previously spotted on the graceful arm of the Princess of Wales, Aspinal’s Mayfair Midi Bag is just one from a collection of beautifully crafted handbags and accessories that I am more than a little bit obsessed with. Even for a middle-aged mum like me, who is notably not a glamorous princess, the incredible craftmanship is too good to be ignored (especially in the sale).
For fan of Kate’s understated glam, the Aspinal’s Mayfair Midi Bag is now reduced by an impressive £130. Usually retailing for an eye-watering £650, the brand’s early Black Friday discount has taken its price tag down to £520 – a saving of 20%.

While I may not be royalty or an A-list celeb, I am the proud owner of not one but two Aspinal handbags. One of which is an everyday favourite that makes me feel super classy and the other is a pillow-sized vessel of warm weather perfection.
There’s something truly special about finding a bag that effortlessly balances style and function and that’s exactly why I adore my Midi London Leather Tote bag. Simple and understated, it’s become my go-to companion for when I need to leave the house.

Having opted for the textured pebble finish in a rather lovely Ivory colour, with a contrasting navy blue lining, this bag is my absolute favourite in the warmer months. But as an avid fan of monochrome clothing, I feel it works just as well when it’s time to pull out the big coat.
Handcrafted from the finest full-grain leather, I am particularly fond of its two stitched ‘A’ panels to the sides, accented by a contrasting tan colour that looks super classy with a camel coat or throw over.
Usually available for a pricey £695, the Black Friday sale sees the price fall to £556. With £139 off of RRP, that’s an impressive saving of 20%.
The only negative thing I would say about my Aspinal bags is that while they are really well made, they are also quite heavy. If you don’t want to feel the weight of leather against your skin as you move, or the swing of the bling on the handles, these bags could feel a little cumbersome and bulky to you.
