Next’s Red Fairisle Pattern Knitted Christmas Jumper – £39

I am hosting Christmas dinner at my house this year, and this festive knit is a need, not a want. At £39, it’s fairly priced for a Next jumperz, I picked up a green Christmas jumper from the retailer last year for £45, and the material was thick, warm and washed really well.

It’s not on sale this year, but this olive-coloured sweater isn’t too dissimilar (£49). I just love the traditional red and cream festive Fairisle print.

What’s more, you can also snap up a matching dog jumper so my two-year-old Cocker Spaniel and I are all sorted outfit-wise for December 25. I am planning on buying a red bow for my hair, too much?

The Red Fairisle Pattern Jumper is priced at £39 and is available in extra small, small, medium, large, XL and XXL sizes. Choose from regular or petite lengths.

River Island’s Cream Cropped Tab Military Jacket – £55

This cropped cream jacket is perfect for nights out when you don’t want a huge puffer coat to ruin your outfit. Pair it with jeans and boots for a casual but put-together daytime look.

The £55 overcoat has gold buttons and a high, funnel-like neckline, so there’s no need for a scarf. It looks lovely paired with t-shirts, long-sleeved tops or jumpers this winter. You can buy the double-breasted jacket here.

Alternatively, if you want outwear with more drama, this eye-catching shabby faux fur jacket is £79, also from River Island. Choose from cream, baby blue or pink options.

M&S Printed V-Neck Midi Shirt Dress – £35

This long-sleeved maxi dress has a timeless geometric print all over it. The shirt dress comes in two cheerful colours – blue and green. Thanks to its bold print and bold print it can be worn all year round.

Pair with boots in the autumn/winter or sandals in the warmer summer months. It’s designed with a v-neckline and a tie belt to accentuate your waist. You can choose from regular, tall or petite lengths.

The model pairs it with these Kitten Heel Pointed Slingback Shoes (£35). The blue colourway has a floral paisley print design.

Nobody’s Child Cream Cable Knitted Fringe Jumper – £88, was £110

If you’re looking for a statement jumper that will see you through the colder months in style, then you’ve just found it. Usually retailing at £110, Nobody’s Child’s Cream Cable Knitted Fringe Jumper is now available for £88, giving you a lovely saving of £22.

The jumper has a flattering crew neckline and the long sleeves are finished off with ribbed cuffs, ensuring a snug fit that’ll keep the pesky cold weather out. The sweater comes in sizes XS to XL and is designed to be a relaxed fit, but what sets it apart is the pretty fringe detailing on the front and along the sleeves.

Fashion influencer Patricia Odwyer recently shared a Reel on her Instagram page of her wearing the Nobody’s Child Cream Cable Knitted Fringe Jumper. The caption reads: “What I’m wearing as a 32-year-old mum of two ft. The real obsession is this jumper.”

In the comments section, her followers shared their thoughts on the knitwear, with many stating they ‘love it’. One person said: “Absolutely stunning.” A second wrote: ” Such a fun knit.” Another added: “What a gorgeous knit.”

Only Curls Satin Lined Beanie – £22

Looking for the perfect gift under £25? Then you need to take a peek at the Only Curls Satin Lined Beanie. Though they’re designed with curly hair in mind, they’re ideal for anyone who gets frustrated with frizzy hair after taking off their hat in the cold weather.

These stylish beanies come in a range of colours and feature a satin lining that creates a friction-free barrier, helping to reduce tangling, frizz, and breakage, so you can stay stylish and snug while protecting your tresses, even on the chilliest days.

Priced at £22, the beanie is stretchy, with enough room to accommodate all curl types, while still fitting snugly to stay in place. Made with vegan fabrics and trims, it’s incredibly soft and said to be perfect for sensitive scalps and dry hair. Whether you’re looking to treat yourself or a loved one, you can shop the Only Curls Satin Beanie here.

Black Metallic Stripe Midi Dress – £119, was £189

This is a dress born for the work’s Christmas party if ever I saw one. Now £119, down from £189, the Metallic Stripe Midi Dress features a flattering V-shaped neckline and semi-sheer blouson sleeves. Designed to accompany you to any after-dark events or evening celebrations, the black dress stars all-over metallic dobby-spot stripes which will look dreamy as the glitter on the dancefloor.

Shoppers have been swooning over this number, and it’s not hard to see why. One said: “Beautiful dress, looks absolutely amazing on, gives u a lovely shape. Also when U walk the silver really sparkles. Can’t wait to wear it-perfect for this time of year.”

Though another removed a star due to the zip, commenting: “Lovely dress. Floaty and pretty. The cut is flattering – not clingy at all. Gave 4 stars as zip is very stiff and difficult to do up.”

This dress actually reminds us a lot of the Textured V-Neck Midi Relaxed Dress, which Dawn French wears in the Marks and Spencer advert. It comes in at £45, but the majority of sizes are already sold out. The Whistles number is a very stylish alternative.

ASOS Reclaimed Vintage boxy cardigan – £29.99

This cardigan is so nice, I bought it twice. During a late night scroll I came across this oversized knit and immediately hit add to basket. I went for the burgundy, seeing as it’s no secret it’s the colour of the moment, as well as the chocolate brown shade – though it also comes in grey.

Coming in sizes XS to L, the crew-neck knit features drop shoulders and button placket which gives it an effortless, quiet luxury vibe. Priced at under £30 each, they’re such a great wardrobe basic you can throw over a top or dress as an extra layer, or wear buttoned up with satin skirts for a more polished look. I plan on wearing my burgundy one with some burgundy sequinned trousers and matching hair bow for a festive outfit. Check out the ASOS cardigan here.
