Digital creator Rachna Mohan (@fit.with.rachna) took to Instagram to share a delicious Channa Makhana Laddoo recipe that will fill you with energy this winter.
Ghee Makhana (fox nuts) Almonds Walnuts Pumpkin seeds Watermelon seeds Chia seeds Flax seeds Roasted chana Gur (jaggery)

1. Take 2 tbsp ghee in a pan. 2. Add 4 handfuls of makhana to it and roast for a few minutes on a low flame. 3. Then, add 10 almonds and 10 halves of walnut to it as well.
4. Now, add 1 tsp of each pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds, chia seeds, and flax seeds and roast them. 5. Next, add roasted chana. 6. Roast all ingredients for another 3-5 mins on a low flame.
7. Take it off the heat and transfer it to a blender. 8. Blend to make a powder.
9. Take 2 tbsp ghee in a pan. 10. Add ½ cup of jaggery powder to it and keep stirring till it melts down. 11. Then, add 2-4 tbsp water to make a thick slurry. 12. Cook for a few minutes.
13. Once it cools down, add the ground ingredients and mix well. 14. Shape them like laddoos.
