- 2 medium sized potatoes - 60g of curry leaves -1 tbsp of sesame oil - 8-10 garlic cloves -2 tsp of sesame oil -1/4 tsp turmeric 1/3 tsp red chilli powder - 1/3 tsp cumin powder -hing -salt

Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes. Then, put the potato pieces in ice cold water for 15 minutes.

Smash your garlic cloves and keep them aside. And roast your curry leaves for 15 minutes and keep it aside as well.

Roast your smashed garlic cloves in sesame oil. And later in the same pan roast your potatoes too.

Add the roasted curry leaves, smashed garlic, salt and garlic granules to a mixer and grind to a coarse paste.

Then, roast your potato pieces, add the freshly ground mixture and spice powders. Your Curry Leaf Potatoes are ready!
