• 1 onion • 1 carrot • 1 bell pepper • 1 tsp ginger • Low-fat paneer • Salt • Pepper • Cabbage leaves • 50% light soya sauce • 50% tomato sauce • 10% water • Sesame seeds

To make the keema or filling, mix finely chopped onions, bell pepper, ginger, paneer, salt and pepper and roast them on medium heat.

Meanwhile, remove the cabbage leaves carefully and steam them for 10 minutes.
