In a mixing bowl, add bajra flour and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth dough. The dough should be firm yet pliable.

Dust the flattened dough ball with bajra flour. Place it on a clean surface and using a rolling pin, roll it out into a flat, round bhakri.

Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Carefully transfer the rolled-out bhakri onto the hot tawa. Cook for a minute or until bubbles start appearing on the surface.

Flip the bhakri and cook the other side for another minute. Press gently with a spatula to ensure even cooking.
