300 g of chicken breast 2 tbsp of lemon juice 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste 2 tsp of black pepper powder 1/4 tbsp of Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp of coriander powder 1 tsp of turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp of chaat masala 1/4 tbsp of peri peri masala 1 cube of butter 1 tbsp of ginger garlic chilli paste 2 tbsp of red chilli sauce 1/4 tbsp dark soya sauce 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup

First, marinate the chicken breast with spice powders, lemon juice, salt, and ginger-garlic paste and keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Add butter to a pan and once it heats, roast the marinated chicken breast on medium flame. Once it has a nice charry look, keep it aside.

In the same pan, add butter and saute the ginger garlic and chilli paste with the sauces. Make a base sauce.

Once the chicken cools, shred it with your hands and mix it with sauce prepared.

Then, cut the pav, spread the sauce and add the shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese in it.

Brush the pav with butter and steam it, so the cheese would melt. Your Chicken Cheese Pav is ready!
