- 4 whole eggs -1 tsp of salt -1/2 tsp of sugar -Light soy sauce -Oil/ Butter

First, whisk four whole eggs with salt and sugar.

Then, add some light soy sauce for to pack the eggs with more flavour.

On a hot pan drizzled with oil, pour little egg batter and roll it leaving a small part unrolled.

Then, keep pouring the egg and rolling the omlette till the mixture is emptied and the omelette is done.

Finally, slice and serve the omelette with some chilli oil and soy sauce.
