Indian Dip Recipes: Here’s How You Can Make Spicy Pudina Chutney At Home!

Be it toast sandwich or allo ka paratha, nothing can add to the flavour of these dishes like pudina chutney. 

Pudina chutney

1 cup pudina 5 chilli 2 tbsp peanut ½ tsp cumin powder' ¼ cup cold water

INGREDIENTS

½ cup coriander 1 inch ginger 1 tsp chaat masala 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp aamchur

INGREDIENTS

1. Place one cup pudina and half a cup coriander in a mixer jar.

2. Now add 5 chillies, 1 inch of ginger, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 teaspoon of chaat masala, 1 teaspoon of aamchur, ½ teaspoon of cumin powder, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

3. Add ¼ cup of cold water and grind to a smooth paste.
