- 1 cup of moong dal (soaked overnight) -1 inch ginger - 2-3 green chillies -1 tbsp of Eno -Salt -Oil - Finely chopped vegetables like carrots, capsicum, onions

Soak moong dal in water overnight.

Next day, make a paste of out the soaked moong dal, ginger and green chillies.

Transfer this into a bowl, whisk for 2 minutes. Then, add salt, vegetables and Eno and mix the batter slowly.

Next, add some oil to a pan and then spread the batter evenly. Close it with a lid and let it cook in its steam for 3-4 minutes.
