We enjoy relishing pulao. Also, we love gorging on delectable curry. What about combining both to cook something very unique and add an exciting look to it? Chef Saransh Goila's recipe for Curry Pulao Bowl is one-of-a-kind and a must-try.

• The first step to prepare this special dish is to make pulao. • Take a pressure cooker, pour ghee, and add cumin seeds, cloves, black peppercorns, black cardamom, ginger, garlic, and green chillies.

• Saute for a few minutes before adding diced carrots, chopped methi, and peas. • Give all the ingredients a nice stir and pour soaked rice, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and water and cook till you get 3 whistles. The pulao is cooked well and absolutely ready.

• The next step is to prepare the crispy paneer/ chicken. First, make a paste using yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder, kasuri methi powder, and salt.

• Take your preferred source of protein, layer it using the freshly made paste, and coat it with panko breadcrumbs. You can simply deep fry, grill, or air fry the marinated chicken/ paneer.

• To cook gravy, saute cumin seeds, onion paste, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, besan, tomato puree, chicken masala powder, red chilli powder, and salt in ghee. Make sure to cook the spices well.

• Once done, add water and cook for another 10 minutes. The curry is ready to be served.

Lastly, garnish the delishaas pulao with curry and fried paneer/chicken, and enjoy!
