No Cooking Sambal, Anyone?

South cookery has a recipe for those who hate cooking. It's a no cooking one minute sambal and you must try it.

Ingredients 

- 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds -Salt to taste - 2 garlic cloves -A small piece of ginger -2 green chillies - 1/2 cup of grated coconut -5 shallots -Curry leaves -Juice of half lemon

Step  1

First, crush garlic, cumin seeds, salt, ginger and green chillies using a mortar and pestle.

Then, add grated coconut, curry leaves and shallots to this mixture and crush it as well using mortar and pestle.

Step  2

Add the lemon juice to this mixture.
