Mix semolina, all-purpose flour, yoghurt, and salt in a bowl to form a stiff dough. Add water if needed. Cover and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
Divide the dough into small balls. Roll out each ball into a thick, poori-sized disc.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the rolled-out discs until they puff up and turn golden brown. Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels.
