The winter season calls for great foodie experiences. This is one of the best times of the year to relish loads of lip-smacking delicacies. Here are some of our favourite dishes to enjoy this season.

• Start by boiling peas for a few minutes. Once done, keep it aside and let it cool down. • Next, add boiled peas, ginger, and green chillies to a blender and blend to a fine paste. • Take a pan and heat some oil. Add aesofotida, cumin powder, salt, sugar, and turmeric powder, and cook for a couple of minutes.

• To make the stuffing, add peas mixtures to the spices and cook for 7-8 minutes. • To make the dough, knead flour with sugar, salt, and refined oil. Once done, make small dough balls, roll them, and add the pea stuffing. • Fry them in hot oil and enjoy!
• Start by dicing onions and bell papers and frying them for about 6-7 minutes. • In the next step, add garlic, coriander powder, cayenne powder, cumin powder, and paprika.

• Add tomatoes to the cooked mixture and mash them slightly. • Crack eggs on top of the gravy and cover the pan. Let it cook for 6-7 minutes on low flame and it is ready to be served.
• This easy and quick-to-make bowl loaded with deliciousness and nutrition is a must-have during the winter season. • Take a blender and add frozen fruits such as bananas, strawberries, and blueberries, and blend till you get a thick paste.

• Make sure to add a few tablespoons of milk in between for a smooth consistency. • Pour it into a bowl and serve with your favourite berries, fruit slices, coconut flake, and chia seeds
• Start by grating beetroot and carrot. Also, boil some potatoes and peas. • Take a pan, heat some oil and ghee, and add cardamom and cinnamon. Next, add onions and fry till they become translucent. • In the next step, add grated beetroot and carrot to the spices and cook for about 2-3 minutes.

• Then add cumin powder, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sugar, and coriander powder and cook for a few minutes. • Add boiled potatoes, peas, and roasted peanuts to the vegetable mixture. • Once cooked, let the mixture cool down. Meanwhile, toast bread slices with butter. • Add the veggie mix in between bread slices and toast inside a toaster or use a pan.
