Leon’s new January menu is here, bringing tasty, wellness-led dishes to winter, and a cherry matcha moment

LEON has kicked off the year with a brand new refresh – a feel-good menu that focuses on elevated classics, the return of a fan favourite and a welcome dose of spring to brighten up the winter blues.

While bigger changes are promised for later in the season, January’s new menu has got more than enough for us to be excited about.

The new menu blends comfort, nourishment and innovation, with that classic LEON feel.

Familiar favourites have been refined rather than reinvented, from the return of LEON’s much-loved Lentil Masala, now richer and tastier than ever, to new breakfast additions that feel both indulgent and health-conscious. Just what is needed for the winter.

So what exactly is on the new menu?

  • The Salmon Smörgås-Box
  • Banana & Turmeric Honey Granola
  • Lentil Masala
  • Morello Cherry Iced Matcha Latte

The Salmon Smörgås-Box offers a Scandi-inspired start to the day, pairing smoked salmon with poached eggs, smashed avocado and fresh spinach.

Meanwhile, the Banana & Turmeric Honey Granola leans into that classic January wellness, combining anti-inflammatory ingredients with probiotic yoghurt for a much-needed morning boost.

The refreshed Lentil Masala feels like comfort food done right, and is the perfect pick-me-up lunch on those office days.

But the real standout for us is the Morello Cherry Iced Matcha Latte. Made with ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha and vibrant cherry coulis, it’s fresh, slightly sweet, and completely addictive.

Matcha is everywhere at the moment, but the combination of fruity cherry and fresh matcha is an unexpected blend that totally works and is a welcome addition to the dreary British winter.

These new additions will be running from now until April. If LEON’s new menu is a sign of what is to come this spring, we’re more than ready.
