Virgin Media has introduced a winter sale, with offers on broadband and TV packages
With the end-of-year sales underway, Virgin Media has launched offers on its broadband and TV packages. And there’s a huge new perk for TV fans.
Netflix Standard is available with all the TV bundles at no extra cost, saving consumers £5.99 a month. This is a recent change from the provider (October 2025), having previously only offered it with its top-tier TV bundles.
Virgin’s offer rivals Sky, which launched its own sale just before Christmas, some of which are still available. One of the most popular packages is the Essential TV & 150Mbps Full Fibre Broadband package, priced at £35.
This also includes a complimentary Netflix Standard subscription. Sky customers also have the option to tailor their plan, with the choice to add Sky Sports or Sky Cinema at an additional cost of £20 per month. Returning to Virgin Media’s offer, one of the cheapest offers is on the M250 Fibre Broadband, priced at £23.99 a month (increasing to £27.99 a month from April 2026).
This is ideal for households of two to four people, for 10 devices or more. For a package of M500 Fibre Broadband, it’ll cost £29.99 a month (increasing to £33.99 a month from April 2026).

Another internet-only offer is on the Gig1 Fibre Broadband package, priced at £32.99 per month (increasing to £36.99 a month from April 2026)
The Entertainment bundle is at its ‘lowest ever price’, Virgin promises. For £34.99 a month (increasing to £38.99 a month from April 2026), shoppers get 362 Mbps broadband, and access to more than 200 TV channels, including Sky channels, and Netflix Standard.
Virgin’s Sport + Cinema bundle is also at its ‘lowest ever price’ for £68.99 a month (increasing to £72.99 a month from April 2026). This includes more than 210 channels, including Sky channels, Sky Sports HD, Sky Cinema HD, 516 Mbps broadband, and Netflix Standard.
The Sport bundle is also sold separately for £54.99 a month (increasing to £58.99 a month from April 2026), and includes nine Sky Sports channels, including Main Event and F1, 362 Mbps broadband, more than 200 TV channels and Netflix Standard.
The Cinema bundle can also be purchased for £44.99 per month (increasing to £48.99 per month from April 2026), and comes with the same broadband speed and Netflix offer, as well as Sky Cinema HD and Sky channels, and access to more than 200 TV channels.
Finally, Virgin Media offers a ‘lowest ever price’ on the Max Volt bundle, £79.99 a month. This includes Sky Sport and Cinema channels, Netflix Standard, 1130 Mbps, and an O2 Classic Plan SIM with unlimited data, minutes, and texts.
Alternatively, NOW TV also has some reductions of up to 55% off some packages. The Entertainment Saver (TV shows only) is reduced to £4.99 per month, down from £9.99, while the Entertainment and Cinema Saver (TV shows and films) is now £8.99 a month, was £19.98. Both are for 12-month contracts.
All of Virgin Media’s bundle package offers are 24-month contracts and don’t have a set-up fee. Prospective customers can find reviews and ratings of the broadcaster on Trustpilot, where one long-term customer said: “I just called up to negotiate as I’ve been a customer for 10years. They helped me get a real bargain.”
Another consumer left a comment about the customer service, saying: “Our engineer was amazing. He was friendly, personable and sorted our issues methodically. He had excellent product knowledge and restored my faith in Virgin Media.”
However, another reviewer mentioned downsides, writing: “Had a service drop recently and Virgin actually invited me to book an engineer visit. The engineer replaced the hub, and everything has been fine since. Professional service from Andy56681. However, phoning Virgin is an ordeal and negotiating the web chatbot is challenging, so customer service leaves a lot to be desired.”
A final user concluded: “We recently had Virgin installed in our new home. Jaz and Tom were the engineers who installed Virgin for us. It wasn’t straightforward because our house is a new build, but they went above and beyond to ensure we had broadband in time for Christmas. They were kindness personified – thank you guys.”
