Victoria Beckham is often hailed for her flawless, youthful looking skin, and if you’ve ever wondered what her skincare routine is, you’re in luck. The fashion designer and former Spice Girl just shared her complete regimen with fans, and good news for those of you who prefer a quick routine, because there’s only three steps to it.
Speaking on her Instagram , Victoria said: “My goal really is for my skin to look the best it possibly can. How do I ensure that my skin is looking fresh and hydrated? You can start with a cleanser – that is the most important part. It’s how I start my day, it’s how I end my day… every single day.”

Victoria then shared that her go-to cleanser is her very own beauty brand’s The Daily Cleansing Protocol , £100, which comes with two separate cleansers; one oil based, one acid based. She added: “I wanted a cleanser that took off my makeup, that took off unwanted oils but didn’t strip my skin of the oils that I want to keep on my skin.”
She then revealed that she swaps between the two cleansers in The Daily Cleansing Protocol set , using the oil-based one some days, and the lactic acid-based cleanser on others. Victoria did warn that the lactic acid one is quite strong, so if you have sensitive skin you’d be better off using it only once a week or so and slowly building up your tolerance.
Victoria then showed how she applied it, massaging it into her skin before using a reusable makeup remover pad, which appears to be the Face Halo The Modern Makeup Remover Original , £18, to wipe it away. She also shared a secret from the Beckham household – that David often uses the lactic acid cleanser as a mask, leaving it on for a little while before rinsing it away to give his skin a deep clean.
After removing the cleanser, Victoria said: “Now that my skin feels super clean, I am going to start applying my Power Serum , which I use twice a day every single day. I use it over my whole face and neck, but one thing I really like to do is pay attention to the eye area.”
The serum she’s using is the Cell Rejuvenating Power Serum with TFC8 , which is £118 and also from Victoria Beckham Beauty. Victoria has an unusual technique, too. Rather than rubbing the product in, she pushes it in with her hands held flat, massaging her face as she goes to help it soak in, adding that she massages in an upward motion.
Finally, she finishes with the Cell Rejuvenating Priming Moisturizer with TFC8 , which ranges from £60 to £140 depending on which size you get. There are two options with the moisturiser – original or golden – with the golden one giving you all the same skincare benefits, plus an added bronzy finish.
The moisturiser was created as a collaboration with Augustinus Bader, and contains the brand’s signature TFC8 technology and supercharged clean actives to revitalise dry, dull skin. It’s also been dermatologist tested, and is safe for sensitive skin, hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, alcohol-free and gluten-free.
Whilst using the Cell Rejuvenating Priming Moisturizer , Victoria added: “You really will notice a difference in the fine lines around your eyes. Your skin will feel tight and lifted, but also look at that glow. It really is the most amazing product.”
At the end of her routine, Victoria said: “My skin feels fresh and clean and hydrated and nourished, but also firm and quite lifted – and there’s nothing wrong with that.”
