At Victoria Beckham Beauty, the BabyBlade Microfine Brow Pencil has an impressive overall star-rating of 4.6 out of five, based on over 2,880 reviews. One chuffed shopper, aged between 51 and 60, said: “Easy to use with a natural result, I didn’t have to be careful or meticulous to get a great definition of my brows.”
Another customer wrote: “I’m in my 50s, so brows are now a little patchy in places. This has a tiny precision brush head which allows any rough hand to do a decent job at filling in and defining the shape. The colour is a natural dark brown too. Really love it.”
“Perfect, definitely recommend,” a third shopper, aged between 41 and 50, penned. “Beautiful soft texture, true to colour, perfect fine tip that allows specific application each time. A staple in my makeup bag.”
However, one shopper was less impressed with the BabyBlade Microfine Brow Pencil and gave it a three-star review. They said: “Didn’t work for me. I obviously misread the colour chart and got the wrong colour, but that’s all on me. I didn’t like the way it applied. Seemed waxy or something. Just isn’t one of my favourite VB products.”
Another was also left feeling disappointed, adding: “It didn’t quite live up to my expectations but it’s in daily use. Wish I could achieve finer hair looking strokes for a more natural look, also I have very dark brown eyebrows.
“I went for the darkest brown before black and it’s a bit too light. I’ll continue to use but will go back to the eyebrow queen pencil for my next purchase. Still love VB makeup though and there’ll be other purchases, but this wasn’t quite for me.”
But another loved their latest Victoria Beckham Beauty purchase, adding: “This is the only brow pencil I’ve found that gives me the precision application that I need to fill in thin spots, and that lasts all day without fading, flaking or rubbing off. The color blends perfectly, too.”
