Innovative travel trends on the rise include using AI to craft itineraries, indulging in “holiday hopping” to multiple spots in a single journey, and exploring uncharted territories. Up-and-coming hotspots like Montenegro, Cape Verde, and Slovenia are on the UK’s radar for 2025 escapes.
