Each venue brings its own flavour of festive chaos, offering a party atmosphere that’s as bold as the cocktails.
This December, The Cocktail Club invites party-goers to ditch the dull and join the Christmas mayhem with their brand-new seasonal cocktail: The Grinch Bug (£12). A wickedly green, flavour-packed serve that sets the tone for a festive season done the Cocktail Club way — loud, fun, and unforgettable. Drawing from the brand’s bold festive spirit, The Grinch Bug blends Havana Cuban Spiced Rum, Midori, Giffard Crème de Banane, pineapple juice, lime and Monin Coconut syrup. It’s a tropical-meets-Christmas serve that delivers a punch of flavour and chaos — with a grin.

Sticks’n’Sushi
This Christmas, Sticks’n’Sushi invites friends, family and colleagues to eat, drink and be merry. Groups of nine or more can choose from a selection of festive sharing menus that take the stress out of hosting while keeping celebrations stylish, sociable and delicious. Expect Sticks’n’Sushi’s signature sushi alongside sizzling sticks from the grill, ensuring there’s something for everyone – even those who dislike fish.
The Yuki menu (£40pp) is full of twisted festive favourites with Salmon Carpaccio in white soy yuzu dressing, Miso Brussels Sprouts and Chicks’n’Blankets: chicken meatballs wrapped in pancetta. The Touya menu (£65pp) turns celebrations up a notch with maki and temaki rolls filled with lobster, soft-shell crab rolls and seared Wagyu alongside sticks of Iberico Secreto pork and spicy shrimp. The Evergreen (£40pp) is a vibrant plant-based menu with the likes of tempura tender stem broccoli, king oyster mushroom sticks and aubergine temaki. There are 15 restaurants across the UK.

Chotto Matte
With locations in London, and now Manchester, atop footballer Gary Neville-owned St Michael’s building, Chotto Matte is an upscale Japanese/Peruvian restaurant with. more buzz than a bee. Guests can expect small plates, sharing menus and an exceptional array of moreish alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails.
For Christmas, the Festive Menu brings indulgence to every table. From rich Wagyu Udon Carbonara (£35) to our Truffled Lobster (£85) made with yuzu truffle and orange tobiko caviar – each dish can be perfectly paired with a glass or bottle of Pommery Champagne to complete the experience. There’s a festive Signaturw Sharing Menu too for £95pp, with delights to explore including Sea Bass Ceviche, Padron Peppers, Slow Braised Crispy Pork Belly and much much more.

Flight Club
Do you like an activity with your Aperol? Popular darts bar Flight Club is an excellent option for those looking for something a little different. Try the limited-edition cocktail menu, which features a selection of drinks designed with classic Christmas flavours, including Rudolph’s Remedy – the ultimate winter warmer – a mulled cider-style serve, and Santa Baby, a decadent and luxurious drink with chocolate, Baileys and tequila.
For the tee total there is plenty to enjoy too, like the Elf Control, a non-alcoholic citrus hit with Seedlip, cranberry, spiced gingerbread and ginger beer. For the peckish, there’s a delicious festive bites menu, from which you can feast on crispy brie and cranberry bites, pigs in blankets with honey mustard, baked camembert sourdough wreath and an ‘all the trimmings’ pizza, with tomato sauce, pulled turkey, pigs in blankets, mozzarella, red onions and cranberry sauce.
