Tiger Woods boasts a staggering mansion that even features its own golf course and boat dock
Tiger Woods boasts an opulent mansion worth a staggering £41million. The 15-time major winner also has a £15m super yacht parked up at his own dock, which is next to his private golf course.
Woods has made headlines recently after crashing and flipping his car near his home last week. His subsequent arrest for driving under the influence has meant that he’s stepping away from golf for some time as he seeks treatment and recovery.
Woods will now get to recuperate in his house, which is on the seafront of the affluent Jupiter Island neighbourhood in Florida. The area is home to just under 900 people, making it one of the most exclusive suburbs in the state.

Woods has been living in the abode since it was built in 2011, but before the mansion took shape, a 9,000-square-foot house stood there. However, the five-time Masters champion had that humble home torn down to make way for a 26,000-square-foot behemoth that is split into two sections.
The residence comprises a 12,000-square-foot main home and a 14,000-square-foot multipurpose building, connected by a sleek glass-covered walkway. In fact, Woods himself didn’t realise just how big his house was until he spent a prolonged time there recovering from a car accident in 2021.

“I built a really nice house, but I didn’t realise how big it was until you start putting crutches on,” he said in a press conference. The primary area contains four generously sized bedroom suites, spacious living quarters, a wine cellar, and a dining room with a giant fireplace.
The other building houses a putting green, state-of-the-art gym, a 100-foot swimming pool, a 60-foot diving pool, oxygen therapy rooms and a private cinema. Overall, the golf star’s home spans a stunning nine acres and features a guesthouse, a garage, two private docks for large boats, as well as the 3.5-acre golf course.
Outlining his daily routine when at home, Woods previously told the Golf Channel: “Well, I used to get up in the morning, run four miles, then I’d go to the gym, do my lift.
“Then I’d hit balls for two to three hours. I’d go play, come back, work on my short game. I’d go run another four more miles, and then if anyone wanted to play basketball or tennis, I would go play basketball or tennis. That was a daily routine.”
The sporting icon bought his yacht in 2004 for about £15m. Fittingly named ‘Privacy’, it was designed by Christensen Shipyards, a well-known and prestigious American boat builder.
Privacy stretches an impressive yacht size of 155 feet in length and hosts up to 10 guests in its five bedrooms, which isn’t counting the crew’s quarters.
Woods has a crew of nine, each with their own private cabin. The 50-year-old can also relax in his hot tub, which is big enough to sit eight people and lies on the top deck.
A fully stocked bar area and equipped gym are just two more of its amenities, and Woods is said to fork out around £1.5m to keep the boat running. These annual costs include fuel, crew salaries, maintenance, docking fees, and yacht insurance.
He has also used it to arrive in style at the 2018 U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills and the 2019 PGA Championship at Bethpage Black, both in New York.
Woods commented publicly for the first time on his most recent incident on Tuesday night. He said on X: “I am stepping away for a period of time to seek treatment and focus on my health. This is necessary in order for me to prioritise my well-being and work toward lasting recovery.
“I’m committed to taking the time needed to return in a healthier, stronger and more focused place, both personally and professionally. I appreciate your understanding and support, and ask for privacy for my family, loved ones and myself at this time.”
