Princess Kate is a big fan of Cartier’s Trinity Hoop Earrings and we’ve found where to shop an alternative pair for thousands less

Since the beginning of the year, Princess Kate has worn Cartier’s Trinity earrings on several occasions, cementing them as one of her go-to pieces of jewellery. With their £3.2k price tag, they are definitely a hefty investment; however, we’ve found where you can shop for an almost identical pair for a fraction of the price.

The 9ct Three Colour Gold Triple Row Small Hoop Earrings from H. Samuel are priced at £169 and feature intertwined bands of rose gold, silver and gold.

At over £3k less than Kate’s pair, H. Samuel’s earrings are perfect for channelling that designer look without spending thousands.

Kate’s exact pair are rumoured to be a Christmas present from Prince William, and pays a sweet tribute to the late Princess Diana, who was a huge fan of Cartier’s Trinity collection, often seen wearing the ring from the range on her little finger.

Kate has been nailing her style game lately, with her more affordable fashion buys. Earlier this year, she stepped out for a visit to Castle Hill Academy to mark Children’s Mental Health Week in one of her most affordable buys. Proving that the penny loafer is going to be one of spring’s biggest shoe trends, the Princess championed British high street brand Boden with her Nya Penny Loafers.

Priced at £119, these loafers are far more wallet-friendly than some of Kate Middleton’s previous footwear, and Kate has shown us you don’t need a pair of designer heels to look polished.

The loafers were not the only affordable thing Kate sported during her recent outing. In fact, she paired the loafers with what appears to be With Nothing Underneath’s The Boyfriend 100% Fine Poplin Shirt in the Sky Blue Shade. Priced at £95, this under-£100 purse-friendly style piece is also still in stock.

This is not the only time Kate has given her support to these two brands. Just last year, Kate wore With Nothing Underneath’s 100% Yak Wool Cardigan in Coffee during a visit to Northern Ireland. And Boden’s Eva Cashmere T-shirt during her visit to Marina Mill last September.
