The SaaSy People has been named in the Financial Times FT 1000: Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies 2026, ranking #441 in the widely regarded annual survey. The company operates as a SaaS consultancy and outsourced Customer Success and BPO partner across the UK and US markets.

Compiled by the Financial Times alongside Statista, the FT 1000 ranks businesses according to compound annual revenue growth achieved between 2021 and 2024. Now celebrating ten years, the list highlights organisations that have demonstrated resilience and performance across complex trading conditions.

The SaaSy People structures its offering into four core areas: SaaSy Platforms & Technical Services for implementations and system optimisation; SaaSy Customer Support for BPO services; SaaSy Retention-as-a-Service for outsourced Customer Success; and SaaSy Development for onshore bespoke software builds. The firm maintains advanced partner credentials with Intercom, monday.com, Zendesk and Vonage. It has also received accolades including Solution Partner of the Year at Intercom’s Global Sales Kickoff and EMEA Partner of the Year from monday.com.

Reece Couchman, CEO and Founder of The SaaSy People said: “Being recognised in the FT 1000 is a reflection of the work our entire team puts in every single day. The late nights, the tricky implementations, the tough client conversations, the thousands of customer interactions handled brilliantly on behalf of our clients – this is the result of all of that. We’re doing big things, and cracking the FT 1000 top 500 is proof that our multi-solution model works.”

This achievement follows a period of operational scale-up, including growth in enterprise partnerships and recognition from major technology partners. Its AI-focused solutions capability, developed around Intercom’s Fin AI agent, has contributed to increased demand as businesses prioritise automated customer support systems.
