The supermarket has given people an option that should help out with last-minute needs

Tesco shoppers can bag themselves a bargain during a sale that is now underway. It offers shoppers affordable essentials for a fast-approaching holiday with a convenient way that won’t see shoppers clambering into their nearest shop.

The supermarket chain bosses confirmed that from today (October 20) until Sunday, October 26, Clubcard members can benefit from 25% off Halloween costumes. And, in a perk that has been offered to all shoppers, Tesco will be offering the discounted items to purchase from its website (Tesco.com) for the first time in over five years.

From tiny terrors to spirited tweens, the supermarket’s Halloween collection has costumes available for ages one to 14. With the Clubcard discount, some outfits are now as little as £7.50.

Whether it’s a classic skeleton or a pop culture icon, the new online offering means families can choose to shop the range from their homes or in-store. Customers will be able to shop F&F costumes across Tesco.com and the Tesco Grocery and Clubcard app, earning Clubcard points on all their purchases and making shopping at Tesco even more rewarding.

This year’s line-up features both Halloween classics and trending characters, with highlights including:

  • Witch (was £10, now £7.50) costume which has ombré details, short flutter sleeves and a matching hat.
  • X-ray Skeleton costume (was £10, now £7.50), featuring a long-sleeved one-piece style and a matching hood mask.
  • Dracula (was £16, now £12) with a dramatic black cape and printed waistcoat, shirt and trouser design for a classic gothic look.
  • Werewolf (was £16, now £12) in a long-sleeved one-piece costume, designed with a print of ripped jeans and a varsity jacket for a spooky American-inspired touch.
  • Wednesday Addams (was £20, now £15) costume, complete with a wig of her iconic hairstyle.
  • Beetlejuice (was £20, now £15), featuring bold stripes and green splatter to perfectly capture the iconic look.

F&F Online launched in May 2025 to meet the growing demand from customers and make it even easier and more convenient to shop Tesco’s clothing label. A delivery fee of £3.99 applies on all orders.

Customers can upgrade to express delivery on any order for just £5.50. Tesco shoppers can return items within 30 days by heading to the ‘My Orders’ section of Tesco.com or on the Grocery and Clubcard app. There is the option to choose whether to return the item via courier (£2.50) or in a Tesco Extra or Superstore for free.

In other Tesco news, the supermarket has launched a huge recruitment drive ahead of the festive season. The company is taking on more than 28,500 temporary staff across the UK this year to support shoppers during the hectic Christmas rush. The roles will primarily be based in Tesco’s Superstores and Extra outlets, offering early morning, daytime, or evening shifts so potential job seekers can find a time that suits their schedule.

Ela Golab, Tesco Group people services director, said: “We’re excited to be recruiting festive colleagues to help make it a season to remember for our customers. With the busy Christmas period ahead, we are looking for people who can bring warmth, enthusiasm and a helpful service to every shopping trip.

“The jobs will range from serving customers and stocking shelves, to picking orders for home delivery. No day is ever the same, and festive colleagues will be able to feel the impact they make on every shift, as they send customers home with a smile. What’s more, no experience is necessary – just the right attitude.”
