People could get something that looks similar for a fraction of the price
People can get their hands on a “practical and modern” set of furniture from Home Bargains that looks like it could cost much more from another high street store. Anyone looking to spruce up their home on a budget should not pass up on the opportunity to add style to the home and save cash in the process.
On its website, Home Bargains claims this “stylish” pair of side tables could “elevate a living space”. The bundle of two Home Collection Round Tables, which costs £15, is “designed to bring both function and flair to any room”, according to the discount store bosses.
The description adds: “Featuring two beautifully coordinated pieces that nest together effortlessly, they’re perfect for showcasing décor, holding your morning coffee, or adding convenient surface space wherever you need it. This versatile set includes two tables, making them ideal for layering or arranging separately throughout your home.”
The set is available to order online, saving shoppers the trouble of finding the tables in their local store and having to arrange a way to get them home again. If shoppers don’t want to pay an extra £3.95, there is the option of shopping in-store across the UK.
Recently, affordable homeware has been getting the attention of shoppers as they can add a simple upgrade to their spaces without having to spend a fortune. In some cases, items from Home Bargains’ own collection have been inspired by other items that are more expensive elsewhere.
In this case, shoppers could spend almost twice as much for a single side table from Argos that looks very similar. Whilst the Argos Ehren Side Table (£35 each) has an added lip around its edge, most features are almost identical.
Both stand at the same height of 40cm, but Home Bargains offers a much wider surface of 55cm compared to the 36cm at Argos. Also, shoppers will notice that the Argos version is the same colour and texture all over, whilst the Home Bargains tables have “sleek” wooden tops for added interest.
People can find their nearest Home Bargains store using this online tool here. After entering a postcode, shoppers will see a list of nearby locations with opening hours and contact details.
In other Home Bargains news, shoppers have been blown away by the new homeware finds. Another £15 table that could pass as a “lookalike” version from B&Q recently made headlines for its ‘hidden’ storage compartment, ideal for keeping rooms tidy.
And, the store is also selling a footstool that could be easily mistaken for a more expensive version at Next. The Boucle Storage Stool from the store’s Home Collection range costs £14.99 and doubles as a footstool and a ‘hidden’ storage compartment.
People can browse the full range of furniture on offer at Home Bargains here. Not all items will be available in stores, especially smaller branches, so checking online can help shoppers secure bargains they’d normally have to travel for.
