Furious Spotify customers who pay for a premium subscription have demanded they get their money back as services remain disrupted due to an outage.
“How about you return some money to customers for app not working correctly. What am I paying premium for???,” one fumed on X.
Another said: “Always the same! Is this what we’re praying premium for????????”
Spotify Premium in the UK starts at £5.99 per month for students and £12.99 per month for adults.
