However the PureMate 31-inch Tower Fan is popular with Amazon shoppers, with one saying: “Nice fan, wide turning angle and fairly decent cold air. Approaching the 2 year mark and it still works.”
Another wrote: “Quiet, and effective at cooling, blows out a decent amount of cold air and looks good. I purchased around a year ago and still works perfect. Even after being in storage in winter still great.”
Some found the airflow wasn’t as powerful as they’d hoped, saying: “Ok quality but not very strong. Even on the strongest setting it’s quite a gentle breeze, ok for small rooms. We still use our desk fan when it’s too hot as it’s stronger. It is fairly quiet though, so a good one for during the night if only a gentle breeze is needed. For the money spent I do wish it was a bit better, I would have chosen something stronger even if it cost slightly more.”
