Back and side sleepers have been snapping up a pillow set that claims to be ‘hotel quality’ from Amazon. For a touch of extra support, these are at a great price with four pillows included in a multipack.
The Slumberdown Pillows are currently priced at £25.99 for four or £15.99 for two. According to Amazon, more than 2,000 have been bought in the past month, with shoppers giving them an average rating of 4.4 out of five over their 6,800-plus reviews.
With a specially designed filling, these promise to be ‘firm and plump every night’, being stuffed with springy fibres. Thanks to the level of support, these are perfect for back and side sleepers, the brand says, as they keep shoppers’ heads and necks in alignment.

They’re wrapped in a microfibre cover that the brand says offers a ‘hotel-pillow feel’, being breathable and soft to the touch. Their material is also hypoallergenic, meaning it resists dust, mould and bacteria.
When shoppers need to wash their pillows, they can simply be popped in the washing machine, with the brand promising the same loft ‘even after repeated washes’. With four included, shoppers can refresh their guest bedrooms too, or keep a couple handy spares around.

Alternatively, shoppers could check out the Dorma Pack of 2 Full Forever Side Sleeper Pillows from Dunelm, currently priced at £20. With a synthetic hollowfibre filling, these are designed for side sleepers, the brand says. They have a breathable 100% cotton cover, and they’re machine washable, too.
Buyers after a handy deal could also look at Debenhams’ Ezysleep Luxury Goose Feather and Down Pillow – Set of 4, currently priced at £38.25, down from £54.99, saving 30%. These feature a luxury goose feather and down filling with a polyester cover. The feathers are all steam treated before being used, so they are ‘anti-allergy and perfect for everyone’, the site says.
Back to Amazon’s Slumberdown Pillows 4-Pack, shoppers loved the quality on offer. One said: “After cycling through countless pillows that went flat, lumpy, or just didn’t offer the right support, I’ve finally found heaven with these Slumberdown pillows. They absolutely live up to the ‘hotel quality’ claim!”
Another said: “These are very nice – firm yet supportive and comfortable. Also, very good value for money.”
A third added: “Excellent pillows – I have struggled to find the best pillows. Either too hard or too soft. I only sleep with one and sleep on my side. These are so comfortable and would highly recommend.”
Other shoppers left feedback, however, as one found the feel wasn’t quite as firm as they’d like. They said: “Very good quality, good comfort but not as firm as I would have thought for this product.”
Another added: “I’m quite fussy when it comes to buying pillows. I have had these for over a month now and they have still kept their shape and firmness. They are not the most fullest of pillows, but for the price they are OK.”
