Samsung has unveiled its new Galaxy S25, S25+ and S25 Ultra smartphones at the annual Galaxy Unpacked event in California
Well it’s finally here, Samsung has unveiled its latest smartphone range, the Galaxy S25. At its Galaxy Unpacked event in California, the tech brand gave viewers their first look at the new S25, S25+ and S25 Ultra, all of which are available to pre-order ahead of the February 7 release.
Each model is available to pre-order now from Sky Mobile, with prices starting at £30 per month for the standard S25, £38 for the S25+ and £48 for the S25 Ultra – which has a £12 upfront cost for the 1TB model. Sky’s 36-month contracts come with unlimited calls and texts, with great value data plans including 25GB data for £10 or 50GB for £12.
Sky is also giving away free Galaxy Buds3 Pro worth £219 with every pre-order purchase, as well as double the phone storage at no extra cost. For example, shoppers ordering the S25 256GB (usually £32 per month) will instead pay the price of the 128GB mode (£30 per month) bagging double the storage for free.

Each model in the Galaxy S25 series boasts an ‘ultra-fast’ processor and a bright, crisp display and ‘super-smart’ AI software. The S25 range is powered by intuitive Galaxy AI, the perfect companion to help your life run smoothly by taking care of day-to-day tasks.
There’s also some stylish new colours, with the S25 and S25+ available in Blue, Navy, Mint and Silver Shadow. The S25 Ultra comes in Titanium Blue, Titanium Grey, Titanium Silver and Titanium Black.
Ahead of the S25 launch, Samsung said: “Get ready for AI that is more natural and intuitive. The next evolution of Galaxy AI is coming, and it’s going to change the way you interact with the world every day. The new Galaxy S series is about to set the bar once again for mobile AI experiences now and into the future.”
Pre-order is live now until 11.59pm on February 6. The Galaxy S25 range is also available to buy outright direct from Samsung, with deals also expected from retailers including Currys and Very.
But with the launch of the new model, some retailers have already begun reducing the price of the Galaxy S24 range which begs the question for many if the S25 is worth upgrading to. Prices at Samsung have fallen to £724 for the standard S24, with up to £407 off when trading in an old handset, including from Samsung, Apple and other brands.
There are also plenty of discounted contracts up for grabs, with Mobiles.co.uk offering the S24 Ultra on iD Mobile’s 100GB plan for £39.99 per month, plus £9 upfront. There’s also the 500GB plan for £39.99 per month, with the only difference being a £29 upfront cost, while Sky Mobile has dropped its S24 prices from £28 per month to £25, saving £108 over the 36-month contract.
