A fitness instructor has shared her six easy at home workouts that will help burn belly fat away and strengthen your core muscles – and you don’t need any equipment

If you are wanting to start your fitness journey but don’t know where to start, these six beginner-friendly workouts will help you slash the unwanted belly fat. It’s one of the most stubborn places to tone up and banish the fat, but fitness instructor Natalie Wilson has shared her easy at-home workouts to trim your waist and build up your core muscles.

If you want to get in shape for next summer, there is no better time to start trimming up than over the colder months, but going to the gym when it’s cold and raining can be enough to put anyone off. However, Natalie shows you there’s no need to leave your house for a workout. We’ve all heard the saying “a six pack is made in the kitchen” and a lot of it is down to diet, but pairing a good diet with these easy core burners will set you on your way to a defined tummy in no time, and you don’t need any equipment either. All floor workouts and no gruelling ab crunches, with some practice, these six workouts will become a breeze.

The workouts Natalie demonstrates in the video above are:

  • C sit single arm overhead combo
  • Single leg knee to elbow
  • Bent knee dead bug
  • Heel taps
  • High plank knee taps
  • High plank Spider-Man’s.
