‘Now on my second bottle and definitely one of my top scents to wear for occasions’

Boots customers are going wild for a designer fragrance by Jimmy Choo that’s been slashed to half price and is said to last all day. The perfume Flash by Jimmy Choo, originally priced at £55, is now on offer for just £27.50 as part of the retailer’s Star Christmas gifts promotion.

Released in 2013 with Christine Nagel—renowned for her work with Hermès and over 40 Jo Malone aromas—at the helm, the scent starts with a mix of Pink Pepper, Strawberry and Tangerine notes, before transitioning to a floral blend of Tuberose, White Lily and Jasmine. It ultimately settles into a woody finish with toasty Heliotrope and White Wood scents. Earning rave reviews, Flash boasts a stellar average score of 4.7 out of 5 from 189 ratings.

An impressive 93% of reviewers have given their seal of approval and would recommend it to their pals. One customer raved, “Honestly this is an amazing affordable scent and it is long lasting. Got this as a present and definitely would repurchase and recommend to others,” reports the Manchester Evening News.

Another added: “No word of a lie. I am so in love with this perfume that I can not get enough of it and I always pick up the bottle just so smell the fragrance again.

“I finally found a really good scent after looking for something for over two years and I’m so so happy that it was this one I picked up as it was on sale, has beautiful packaging, smelled in store and now it is my go to for anything. Great wintery perfume and for everyday.”

A third satisfied customer remarked “Now on my second bottle and definitely one of my top scents to wear for occasions. At an affordable price it’s incredibly long-wearing, not only that I can spritz myself in the morning and still be getting compliments by the end of the day!”

However, not everyone was as thrilled, with one shopper admitting: “I’ve got perfume but it’s not my smell. Sorry, the next time I need get perfume test and then buy. Thanks.”

A second unhappy buyer wrote: “This is probably my least favourite Jimmy choo perfume, the smell is nothing like I’ve smelt before and I don’t find the scent to be overly feminine, I should of smelt it before purchasing. Whereas Jimmy choo blossom is gorgeous!”

The scent has been a hit among those who favour Alien Mugler, Chanel Coco Mademoiselle and Viktor&Rolf Flowerbomb.
